This is a very soft yarn that drapes well. The two fibers are twisted together, not blended. This gives it a nice contrast: a matte/ shiny look that really expands the color range. The rayon really pops the color. 1000 yards give you a lot for a project. Work on small needles for a top or larger ones for a long flowing shawl. great for weaving as well.
